Bluetooth Usb Dongle V1 2 Driver

I bought a ISSCEDRBTA bluetooth 2.0, Class 1 dongle with a licenced Bluesoleil driver and yet the driver does not work after repeated attempts. Dongle's name is Tiny Tech - never heard of them. Some time ago I somehow managed to find a driver within WinXP SP2 and got that to work with the unbranded dongle.
